• Opening Times: Tuesday to Thursday 9.30am to 4.30pm. By appointment only.

• The first appointment will be slightly longer as this includes a free well-being consultation, subsequent appointments last for approximately one hour unless otherwise specified.                                              

• Cancellation Policy : Please notify me as early as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. 

• Your appointment can be rescheduled without loss of deposit if cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.

• Please do not attend if showing any signs or symptoms of illness or you are unwell

• Time Keeping: Your commitment to your appointment time is very much appreciated, as is arriving for your appointment on time. It's important that your appointment time is fully utilised for your relaxation and not impacted in any way due to late arrival. 

• I always allow a little extra time, in addition to the actual therapy time, however, appointments cannot overrun the allocated diary time impacting other clients or my own family commitments. Thank you for your understanding. 
• Medical Conditions: Please inform Essentially You of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you, or in many pre-existing medical cases a GP’s note maybe required. 

• I reserve the right to cancel your treatment if you fail to comply with my requests.

• Treatments conducted by Essentially You are not a substitute for proper medical diagnosis and treatment. 

• At no time will a client be encouraged to stop medical treatment or to change their prescription drugs without prior discussion with a GP or Consultant first.

• Contra Indications: Alcohol should not be consumed before or after Holistic treatments and ensure you drink plenty of water.

• If you have a current case of athlete’s foot, verrucae or fungal infection, or bruising or infection around the feet or ankles, I do not recommend reflexology, and I will not continue with your appointment,  

• Vouchers: All Vouchers are completely non-refundable from the date of purchase. 

• Your gift voucher must be given to Essentially You before you commence your treatment. 

• The expiry date is clearly stated on each voucher. If a voucher is not used before this time, the voucher is completely non-refundable and will no longer be valid.

•  In the event of a lost voucher, Essentially You can issue a new voucher, subject to proof of purchase.

• Children: Clients under the age of 16 are welcome if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be asked to give signed consent to treatment. The adult will also be asked to remain present for the duration of the agreed treatment. 

• Payment Policy: All treatments are paid in full on the day of appointment. Cash or card is acceptable.

• Mobile Phones & Smoking: Please ensure all mobile phones are switched off, or placed onto silent mode. Please be aware that smoking is strictly forbidden.

• Staff Sickness: In the event of staff sickness or unavailability I will contact you immediately to discuss options for transferring your booking to an alternative alternative time.

• Client Sickness: Please cancel any appointment if you think/know you have anything that may possibly be contagious, from Coronavirus to sore throats, and colds and flu, to anything on the skin or causing sickness. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if you attend while poorly/contagious. 

• Consultations: Consultations include medical history review as well as any required risk assessments. You are required to confirm the information on the consultation form, sign it and date it.

• Confirmation of Terms & Conditions: Clients will be asked to confirm they have read a copy of these terms before their initial treatment is booked, and will thereafter apply to all subsequent visits, treatments and therapies.
