About Me and Essentially You

Hi my name is RoseAnna and I am happy to share my love of therapies and also natural skincare with you.

I became aware of reflexology when I was pregnant with my first child 30 years ago and I knew I enjoyed receiving treatments then.

I started my training in aromatherapy as I had always loved essential oils and I knew I would enjoy the massage too. Only then did I realise that I could do reflexology to add to my therapies and now this is definitely my favourite treatment to deliver and to receive.

I started Essentially You in 2014 to provide reflexology and aromatherapy massage treatments from a dedicated therapy room in my home, which is located at Ladyhill Lane, in a beautiful and tranquil rural setting, one and a half miles north of Antrim Area Hospital, Antrim, Northern Ireland.

From the moment you arrive, the beauty of the surrounding countryside begins to fill you with fresh energy and helps you to relax.

I love spending time in my garden and wandering around our woodland trail seeing and listening to the natural world all around me.

Seeing the difference reflexology and massage can make to people, after even one treatment, is amazing. I love what I do and I am excited to share this with as many people as possible.

I have qualified at Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, Level 3 Diploma in Aromatherapy and Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology. I have added further training to add to my knowledge and experience to aid these therapies for my clients.

I am also proud to be a Tropic Ambassador, which means I can bring to you totally natural, freshly made, ethical skincare, bodycare, haircare, baby care, suncare and makeup. Tropic also gives back to the environment, the oceans, helps to fund schooldays for children in Cambodia, Nepal and Myanmar, has planted a Tropic forest, helps to fund foodbanks and so much more.

I have added Tropic to my small business and I am very passionate about sharing the products and the ethos of the company with you all.
